Led by a former music marketer, República is an Hispanic market specialist that punches above its weight. With a staff of 70, just one full-service office (in Miami) and an estimated $20 million in total revenue, the nearly 7-year-old agency lacks the size and reach of bigger rivals like Bravo. The shop, however, works for major marketers like Pernod Ricard, Google and Target. Other top clients include Boehringer Ingelheim and BankUnited. The CEO and creative chief are friends who first met when the former was an operating manager at Univision Radio and the latter ran a creative shop called Cosmyk.
