Miami – Sun Life Stadium today announced a unique culinary collaboration with one of Miami’s most popular restaurants, Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market, a landmark on the Miami River since 1966. Garcia’s will now offer one-of-a-kind premium dining options in the new, members-only Suite 343. Suite 343 featuring Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market will debut on September 26th when the Dolphins take on the New York Jets.
Located on the 40-yard line, the newly renovated Suite 343 offers its members premium seating surrounded by upscale, modern décor. Only 32 memberships are offered for the suite, which features hardwood floors, granite accents, brushed metal finishes, multiple HD monitors broadcasting DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket, and a private bar. Guests also have access to valet parking, personalized seating, an in-suite attendant, special guest appearances and other exclusive benefits. The suite will be the only area in the stadium offering Garcia’s fresh and delicious dishes on Dolphins game days.
“We are very excited to partner with the Garcia family and their legendary restaurant to offer Suite 343 members one of the best culinary experiences of any sports facility in the country,” said Mike Dee, Dolphins CEO. “We want the Sun Life Stadium experience to reflect and embrace the diversity within South Florida and this new collaboration with Garcia’s is an example of that commitment.”
One of South Florida’s most recognized restaurants, Garcia’s will offer diners at Suite 343 the freshest seafood creatively prepared for each game. Owner Luis Garcia will be on-hand to present the day’s menu, which will consist of a rotating selection of signature dishes including grilled lobster tail with butter, ceviche, and conch fritters, as well as vegetarian options. The menu will also include some of the restaurant’s mouthwatering desserts, including mango and guava cheesecake and homemade key lime pie.
“As a Miami dining institution, Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market is proud to join forces with Sun Life Stadium and the Dolphins,” said Owner Luis Garcia. “Suite 343 featuring Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market promises to be a unique experience for members, combining the best in seafood with the best in football.
