República Wins 10 ADDY® Awards and is Now Nominated for the National ADDY® Awards

República, one of the nation’s fastest-growing branding, advertising, digital media, communications and promotion agencies, announced today that is has once again been recognized for its creative acumen. The agency received one Gold  ADDY®  and three Silver ADDY® Awards at a regional ceremony held this past weekend in Tampa from the American Advertising Federation.

The winning ADDY® Awards were for campaigns for ABSOLUT, Sedano’s Supermarkets and a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for Teatro Avante. These campaigns are now finalists in the national ADDY® Awards competition to be held in Washington, DC. On March 4, 2010, at a ceremony held in Miami, República garnered seven local ADDY® Awards, four Gold and three Silver.

The ADDY® Awards is the largest creative competition in the country with about 55,000 local entries competing in 200 cities coast to coast. Winning an ADDY at the district level is the second step in competing for a National ADDY® award. Any entry that wins a Gold or Silver ADDY® at the district level is eligible to advance and compete in the national competition. More than 1,500 national finalists will compete in the national ADDY® awards.
