República Appoints Milton Lebron As Vice President, Creative

MIAMI, Oct. 17, 2013 — República, one of America’s fastest-growing advertising, digital and communications agencies, today announced the appointment of Milton Lebron as vice president, creative. Lebron, who originally joined República in 2008, returns after a 10-month stint at New York-based global digital agency, Roundarch Isobar. Lebron will report to President and Chief Creative Officer Luis Casamayor.

“During his nearly five years with our company, Milton proved that he is not only one of the most talented creative minds, but also a formidable leader,” stated Luis Casamayor, República’s president and chief creative officer. “I am thrilled to welcome him back and work closely with him as we expand and enhance our creative organization. Lebron joined República in 2008 as creative director after having worked for Lopez Negrete Communications in Houston. In 2011, he was promoted to executive creative director. He began his career as an art director with EURO RSCG in Puerto Rico and went on to hold creative leadership roles with several agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather. For more than 16 years, Lebron has led award-winning creative campaigns for myriad high profile brands such as Unilever, Kraft, Walmart, ABSOLUT, American Express, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Sony, MTV and Universal Orlando.
