Federico Hauri

Federico Hauri brings more than 20 years of experience in creative leadership, spanning integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and culturally driven work. As Executive Creative Director at Republica Havas, he leads integrated creative and social across the agency’s Creative and Health practices, with clients including Toyota, Sanofi, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Reckitt, Sedano’s Supermarkets, and GSK.

Prior to Republica Havas, Federico co-founded the creative studio MULTI and served as Executive Creative Director at VML Miami, where he launched the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s “Breaking Up with Spring Break” campaign and the award-winning “Napkins of Rights” for the Florida Immigrant Coalition. His portfolio also includes work for Wendy’s, Michelob ULTRA, and Mazda.

Earlier in his career, he spent five years at Conill Saatchi & Saatchi across P&G brands including Tide, Crest, and Pampers, held roles at Grey and JWT Argentina, and taught copywriting at Miami Ad School for more than a decade.

His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Effie Awards, Clio Awards, The One Show, and the Jay Chiat Awards. He holds a BA in Communication from Ohio University and completed the Advertising Portfolio program at Buenos Aires’ Underground School of Advertising, where he earned portfolio-of-the-year honors.
