República Announces Promotions of Laura Socorro-Santoni and Andrea Quagliato to Account Supervisors

MIAMI, June 3, 2013 — República, one of America’s fastest-growing cross-cultural advertising, digital and communications agencies, today announced the promotions of Laura Socorro-Santoni and Andrea Quagliato to account supervisors.

With 10 years experience in the industry, Socorro-Santoni has developed and executed strategic marketing communications campaigns in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Socorro-Santoni has been with República nearly five years, and prior to this promotion, was as a senior account manager. Before moving to Miami to join República in 2008 as an account manager, she was an account executive at Puerto Rico’s VEINTINUEVE DE FEBRERO Advertising. While at República, Socorro-Santoni has led brands in various sectors including healthcare, spirits, nonprofit and banking. She attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where she earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, with a specialization in Marketing. She completed her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Public Communications from the University of Puerto Rico.

Quagliato has vast experience in numerous sectors, including automotive, retail, real estate and entertainment. She joined República in 2010 as an account manager based in the Miami headquarters. Prior to República, she worked as a content manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. In 2012, Quagliato moved to New York City and works from its satellite office. Most recently, she was a senior account manager. Quagliato earned an MBA at the University of Miami. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from Villanova University.
