Sr. Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic designer is a senior-level position in the Studio department and is responsible for creating original designs using graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator.

This role requires at least five years of experience at an in-house or advertising agency; and must have worked on a wide range of projects for print and digital mediums from conception to completion. Must be able to apply innovative graphic designs and illustrations that meet the clients’ brief requirements and brand guidelines, while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

The candidate must be able to bring original ideas to life and follow direction from the Creative team & Studio Director in order to accomplish a flawless execution of advertising campaigns.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • Willingness to train more junior team members on best graphic design practices and review work to ensure accurate delivery of projects
  • Must be comfortable working with other team members to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
  • Brand guideline expert with an exceptional eye to detail
  • Work in collaboration with other team members on advertising campaigns and incorporate teams’ feedback into the final design
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines without compromising creativity, consistency and accuracy
  • Must be able to clearly communicate ideas to more senior team members and management
  • Experience with the creation of branding elements, brand guidelines, client presentations, print collateral, digital assets, etc.

Creative Resource Manager

The Creative Resource Manager is responsible for resourcing and managing the workflow within the resource management tool. The Creative Resource Manager partners with the Director of Creative Services, Project Managers and Account Managers to assign sufficient and suitable resources to projects, balance workloads, source for freelancers and resolve resource conflicts across a large group of creatives and studio resources.
This role requires 10 years of progressive success in digital and traditional project management experience in both an agency and in-house capacity. The Creative Resource Manager should be organized and have a strong knowledge of project management methodologies, concepts and file delivery. They must be able to pivot, switch-focus and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.

 

They must be a strong communicator, team leader and adept at managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In order to be successful at this role the candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts or related field

Jr. Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager is an effective problem-solver responsible for monitoring a project’s lifecycle to ensure it remains on track, meets deadlines, stays under hours/budget, and is developed according to plan.

This role will support the Sr. Program Manager by leading the gathering and definition of project requirements and ensure associated documentation is complete and accurate and effectively managed through the project life cycle.  Facilitate consistent communication between the agency’s Creative, Project Management, and Account Management teams, to ensure projects are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables.

 

An effective problem solver, the Jr. Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities to realize efficiencies and minimize late delivery of assets and scope creep.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Project Lifecycle Management
      • Leads Project kickoff, presenting project brief, including key deliverables, initial spec sheets, and timelines 
      • Monitors project timelines daily.
      • Acts as filter for all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with original project brief request, before handing off to Account Services team. 
      • Accountable for staying within agreed upon budget and informing all parties of any changes to scope/assumptions/issues that arise. 
      • Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule. 
      • Manages tactical quality of all client partner deliverables (specs). 
  • Resource Management:
    • Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing. 
    • Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with Sr PMs to address and solve those issues. 
    • Attend weekly Creative Services meetings to discuss all active projects and potential new business as well as to stay informed of potential issues such as resource and change control matters. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
  • 1-3 years project management experience in a creative services organization working with cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of project management methodology, with proven experience managing creative workflows for Social, Print, Digital, and TV Production.

Account Director

The Account Director will serve as leader, strategic partner, and problem-solver for client needs and opportunities through high-level client strategy on media campaigns, overseeing profitability of accounts, and successfully growing the business.

You will assist in leading the development of holistic campaign management, including off and online integration, and will bring value to the business through a wide range of ideas and solutions, proven leadership and day-to-day managements of accounts, and participation in larger strategy and cross-channel initiatives for clients. In addition, the Account Director will mentor, train and develop junior members of the Integrated Client Services Team.

Client Management 

  • Engage independently with clients in all aspects of client management

Account Supervisor

Republica Havas is looking to hire a full-time Account Supervisor.

The ideal candidate must have experience with 360 campaign work, and strong digital skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages tactical initiatives for the Client’s business; maintains a focus on the short-term deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client’s long-term goals.
  • Communicate regularly with client on status, time-line, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive analysis and other follow-up items.
  • Assists Account Director in preparation of presentations and other materials needed for client meetings or demonstrations.
  • Coordinating client/brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings and periodic update meetings with the client.
  • Submits proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to client for approval in conjunction with Account Director.

Sr. Account Manager

Summary

The Senior Account Manager takes ownership for specific aspects of account projects, assuming responsibility for the tactical implementation of the healthcare communications program. Summary of responsibilities:

The Editor is responsible for developing compelling editorial outlines and topics, ensuring editorial excellence and tone of voice are in line with target demographic, managing freelance contributors, organizing photo shoots, adhering to production budgets and deadlines, and promoting social⁄online distribution of content.
