Specific Responsibilities

  • Serving as primary contact for day-to-day clients
  • Spearheading the development of program strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., target audience recommendation, geographic targeting, timing/scheduling strategy)
  • Writing and delivering paid search media strategies
  • Executing bid strategy optimization and testing
  • Establishing and driving paid search best practices to assimilate across tactics and activations
  • Maintaining a level of quality assurance and accountable for delivering campaigns and executions with precision
  • Ensuring campaigns are effectively developing and optimizing them for added value
  • Providing creative solutions to client challenges
  • Understanding big picture implications and how insights can be applied in other programs and environments
  • Active knowledge sharing across broader agency media team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent
  • 2+ years working with search platforms with hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys with a focus on search
  • Experience in applying search to brand-building & direct response initiatives
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements a plus
  • Understanding of Paid Social and/or other Google platforms a plus
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Previous leadership/management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
