Account Supervisor
Republica Havas is looking to hire a full-time Account Supervisor.
The ideal candidate must have experience with 360 campaign work, and strong digital skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manages tactical initiatives for the Client’s business; maintains a focus on the short-term deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client’s long-term goals.
- Communicate regularly with client on status, time-line, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive analysis and other follow-up items.
- Assists Account Director in preparation of presentations and other materials needed for client meetings or demonstrations.
- Coordinating client/brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings and periodic update meetings with the client.
- Submits proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to client for approval in conjunction with Account Director.
- Coordinate and participate in all internal client-related meetings, keeping on top of client’s projects and current status; responsible for related internal follow-up.
- Work closely with Project Management to monitor and direct as necessary the day-to-day project flow. Provide clear and timely direction to all other agency departments: team meetings, work order process with Project Managers, banner checking, creative/media briefs, task/status reports, contact reports, planning documents, or similar communication vehicles.
- Supports billing and financial reconciliation activities, including monthly revenue recognition and projection direct responsibility. •
- The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment is a must.
- Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment, are required.
Qualifications:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in Client/Account Management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must have proven experience in 360 campaign development, with experience in TV/Video, print and strong digital chops
- Must have experience with talent management and asset trafficking
- You are client facing, can self operate and self manage
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
- The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment is a must.
- Experience with global accounts is considered a plus
