Account Supervisor with Oncology Experience

Job Description 

RepublicaHavas is looking to hire a full-time Account Supervisor to join our Account team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in Oncology for a Healthcare company or have worked in an advertising agency with an Oncology client. The candidate must also be a brand steward, an agency connector, and a strategic partner for the client and agency teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive tactical initiatives for the Client’s business across a variety of media channels including TV, print, OOH, social and digital, while maintaining focus on the short-term deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client’s long-term goals.
  • Have in-depth Oncology knowledge, including understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive analysis and other follow-up items.
  • Think ahead: Anticipate client asks and provide solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment, are required.
  • Coordinate client/brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings and periodic update meetings with the client.
  • Submit proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to clients for approval.
  • Coordinate and participate in all internal client-related meetings, keeping on top of client’s projects and current status; responsible for related internal follow-up.
  • Evaluate the input and ideas of creative, media and strategic planning relative to strategy and client preferences.
  • Work closely with Project Management to monitor and direct as necessary the day-to-day project flow to ensure work gets delivered on time.
  • Provide clear and timely direction to all other agency departments by being precise in: work order process with Project Managers, creative/media briefs, task/status reports, conference reports, planning documents, or similar communication vehicles.
  • Support billing and financial reconciliation activities, including monthly revenue recognition and projection.
  • Successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment is a must.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Client/Account Management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must have proven experience in 360 campaign development, with experience in TV/Video, print and strong digital chops.
  • Confident in working with senior clients, and can self-operate/self-manage.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
  • The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment is a must.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment, are required.
